Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning (prior to 9am). Orders are not processed or shipped on Tuesday, Thursday, weekends or public holidays.
Shipping: We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping with tracking
- Express Shipping with tracking
- Free shipping (for selected products) with tracking
- International Standard Shipping with tracking
- International Express Shipping with tracking
International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
