Delivery & Shipping 

We offer Australia Post delivery on all orders. All parcels and satchels can be tracked through the Australia Post website. Once posted/shipped, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Items sent via letter rates do not include tracking. If you would like that option, you'll need to choose the 'registered post' option.  Your item can then be tracked and will also include up to $100 of insurance. You will also be required to sign for your package upon delivery. Extra insurance is also available upon request. Please use the 'contact us' link at the top of the page if you would like a quote on the cost of this option. 

The postage calculator should calculate the correct postage with each order. In the event that postage is incorrect or a cheaper option is available but wasn't chosen, then a partial postage refund will be paid directly to you. Your refund, if any, will be credited directly back to you once correct postage costs have been confirmed. If you have any concerns, then please feel free to email me. My email address is located on the "Contact Us" link (located at the top of every page). 

I aim to process your order within 1 business day of your payment being received, sooner if possible. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. If it is going to take longer I will contact you to let you know. 

Every single order is packaged with the utmost care and items are well protected and should be delivered to your door unharmed. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, your order is incomplete or incorrect or doesn't arrive at all, then please contact me immediately so I can resolve the situation. I'm more than willing to complete any Australia Post forms where needed and follow through until we have a suitable outcome. If you're not happy, I'm not happy! 

If your order is incomplete or incorrect in any way, then please contact me immediately so I can resolve the situation. I have not yet sent an incorrect or incomplete order, but I am only human and errors may sometimes occur. Please email me via the 'contact us' at the top of the page for further instructions. 

Postage/shipping costs includes the cost of postage plus a $1 handling and packing fee. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We generally cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and postage/shipping fees will apply to each of them.  In some instances though, combined shipping is possible. Please contact us as soon as you've placed your orders, to see if we can combine them.

Australian Residents

For Australian Residents, you can choose your postage option when completing checkout. Simply choose from regular Parcel Rates or Express Post parcel rates. You also have further postage options that sometimes work out cheaper. Please check the Satchel rates displayed further down. Make sure the satchel you choose is in the correct weight range for your item/s. If your order exceeds the weight for using a prepaid satchel (maximum satchel weight is 5 kgs), the postage offered should default to Flat Rate and an applicable weight levy will show against each item. Your order will then be sent by parcel post or other means at my discretion. If the cost of postage is not included, your order cannot be shipped until such time that payment is made. 

If you have chosen the Registered Post option & if your parcel doesn't arrive or is damaged, then together we can file a report with Australia Post & they either find it or they will have to issue a refund. If your registered parcel arrives damaged you will be required to take the entire package to your local Post Office for inspection so that the Post Office can provide you with the information you need to complete to obtain a refund. You may also need to provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging to verify your claim. In some circumstances a Statutory Declaration is also needed. These are Australia Post's terms and conditions but please, don't let this put you off! Australia Post can also take up to 2 weeks to follow up on a claim and in some cases, up to several months! During this time, I will keep you up to date with each and every new update and I will continue to phone Australia Post until I have an outcome. Following Australia Post's decision, I will then either replace your order (depending on stock levels) or refund your costs in full. 

If you haven't chosen the Registered Post option & if your parcel doesn't arrive or is damaged, then we can still go to Australia Post and request an undelivered/damaged items report. If your parcel arrives damaged, you will be required to take the entire package to your local Post Office for inspection so that the Post Office can provide you with the information you need to complete to obtain a refund. You may also need to provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging to verify your claim. In some circumstances a Statutory Declaration is also needed. These are Australia Post's terms and conditions but please, don't let this put you off! Australia Post can also take up to 2 weeks to follow up on a claim and in some cases, up to several months! During this time, I will keep you up to date with each and every new update and I will continue to phone Australia Post until I have an outcome. Following Australia Post's decision, I will then either replace your order (depending on stock levels) or refund your costs in full. However, with non-registered parcels, compensation is solely up to Australia Post and their maximum payout for non-registered parcels is just $50. 

Overseas Residents

Orders shipped outside of Australia will be sent via Australia Post International Air Mail. Both the regular & express options come with tracking. 

Please ensure you check either box when completing the Shipping Method. If the cost of shipping is not included, your order cannot be shipped until such time that payment is made. If you'd like extra cover (insurance) on your items, an additional cost will be required as per Australia Post costs. Please just mention this when placing your order and I'll send you a quote for further payment.  Alternatively, click on the 'contact us' at the top of the page. 

Damaged or parcels not received will be immediately followed up with Australia Post.  We will provide you with further instructions as they become available.  Compensation or replacement will depend on Australia Post, the shipping method you chose and stock availability.  Please be assured though that we will seek the best outcome for you. 

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. International Tax is determined solely by the country where the products are being delivered to. Contact your country’s customs office for information about duties and taxes.  If your order is held at customs, they will advise you and you will be held responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred during shipment.  We are required by law to list the full value of the packaged contents and are unable to alter that value for any reason.  If you are at all concerned that your order may be subjected to International Tax, please include a message with your order. I will work with you to hopefully reduce the chances of that happening!
